Working with the Body & Nervous System
Somatic Therapy & EMDR
Trauma lives not only in the mind, but in the body.
Through somatic therapy and nervous system regulation, we invite awareness to sensations, impulses, and patterns held physically.
This helps restore a sense of grounded safety and vitality.
When specific memories or shock traumas feel “stuck,” I may incorporate EMDR to help your system safely reprocess and release.
Together, these body-based approaches allow healing to move beyond insight—into lived, embodied change.

IFS & Parts Work
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, and inner child healing, we bring curiosity and compassion to your internal landscape.
Rather than viewing inner conflict as pathology, we view each part as protective and purposeful.
This process fosters compassion, internal harmony, and the rediscovery of your innate Self—calm, clear, and connected.

Drawing from the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and attachment repair, we explore how early relationships shaped your sense of identity and connection.
