Your Questions, Answered with Care
-
I offer depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy that integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), somatic approaches, and psychedelic preparation and integration.
My work is body-based, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, resourced, and deeply seen.
-
I work with adults across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and the Yukon.
Many of my clients are professionals, therapists, creatives, and helpers—often sensitive, self-aware, and high-functioning individuals who are ready for meaningful, sustained inner work. Many have engaged in therapy before and are now seeking something deeper.
My work is particularly well suited for people who want to go beyond insight alone and are drawn to therapy that includes the body, nervous system, and inner parts of self, within a grounded, relational framework.

Individual Therapy
$225 CAD — 50-minute session
$250 CAD — 60-minute session
Most new clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum, safety, and continuity in the work. Research—and clinical experience—show that consistent weekly therapy supports deeper change and more effective integration.
Biweekly sessions are also available and may be appropriate for integration, maintenance, or when weekly sessions aren’t feasible. We’ll decide together what pacing best supports your process.
When we begin working together, your session time is held consistently for you. This structure creates the rhythm, trust, and relational safety that depth-oriented therapy requires.
Therapy Intensives
$1,500 CAD — 3-hour intensive
$2,250 CAD — 6-hour intensive
Each intensive includes:
a 90-minute preparation session
a 90-minute follow-up integration session
Intensives are designed for clients seeking focused, immersive work and are typically offered within the context of an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Therapy
$250 CAD — 60-minute session
These sessions support preparation, meaning-making, and integration following psychedelic or non-ordinary state experiences, and are offered within a grounded, relational, and trauma-informed framework.
I work with a small number of clients at a time to provide highly attuned, individualized care. This depth of therapy invites commitment, consistency, and trust—qualities that allow meaningful transformation to take root.
If you’re unsure which format or pacing is the best fit, we can explore options together during an initial consultation.

I reserve a small number of reduced-rate spaces for clients with genuine financial need who are deeply committed to the work.
These are limited and currently full, but you’re welcome to inquire about the waitlist.

Yes. Many extended health plans in Canada reimburse therapy with a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
I’m licensed in BC, Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
You’ll receive detailed receipts to submit to your provider—coverage depends on your plan, so please confirm details directly with your insurer.*I currently do not direct bill, but will provide a receipt at the end of each session

All sessions are held securely online via an encrypted telehealth platform.
Online therapy allows for depth and continuity no matter where you live. Many clients are surprised by how intimate and grounding this format feels. -
For individual therapy, I don’t offer one-off sessions. Depth work unfolds best with consistency and containment.
However, therapy intensives can serve as single, focused sessions when appropriate—they’re designed as immersive deep dives into a specific theme, transition, or healing focus.

I provide harm reduction–based preparation and integration therapy for clients engaging with psychedelics in either legal or personal spiritual contexts.
This work focuses on helping you approach expanded states with intention, safety, and grounding—and supporting you in making meaning of what arises afterward.
For those exploring legal psychedelic options (such as ketamine-assisted therapy or Health Canada’s Special Access Program for MDMA or psilocybin), I can offer guidance and integration support throughout that process.
