Individual Therapy
Somatic, depth-oriented and parts-based therapy for trauma, burnout, relationship patterns, and emotional overwhelm
Online sessions across BC, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia & The Yukon
Something has shifted.
Maybe it was gradual. A slow erosion of the energy you used to have. Or maybe something cracked open. A loss, a transition, a moment where the life you'd carefully constructed suddenly felt like it belonged to someone else.
You've held it together for a long time. But you can't hold it the same way anymore.
This time, talking about it isn't going to be enough. And something in you already knows that.
You might recognize yourself here
You're the one everyone relies on.
You're capable, dependable, and the person others turn to. From the outside, your life may look successful. But underneath it, you're carrying an exhaustion that rest, holidays, or productivity can't seem to touch.
You've done years of inner work.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and maybe spent years in therapy. You understand your patterns, but insight hasn't translated into lasting change. You're looking for something that reaches beyond words.
You long for deeper connection.
You want relationships that feel secure, authentic, and mutual. Yet familiar patterns keep pulling you into the same dynamics—losing yourself in connection, choosing emotionally unavailable partners, or pulling away when intimacy grows.
You don't need a crisis to begin. You simply need a place where your inner world is honoured, not pathologized. And where healing moves at the pace of your nervous system, not your inner critic.
You've done the work
You've read the books. Maybe you've spent years in therapy. You understand your patterns, your history, and why you react the way you do.
The insight is real.
But insight doesn't always create change.
This work goes somewhere different: into the body, the nervous system, and the protective parts of you that words alone haven't been able to reach.
It's not just about understanding why you are the way you are. It's about changing how it feels to be you.
This isn't about fixing you.
Your nervous system adapted for good reasons.
Long before you had words for what was happening, you learned how to survive. By performing, pleasing, achieving, disconnecting, staying busy, or staying in control.
Those adaptations were intelligent.
The challenge is that what once protected you may now be limiting how fully you can live, connect, and feel.
This work isn't about getting rid of those parts.
It's about helping them soften, updating the roles they no longer need to carry, and creating the conditions for more of your authentic self to emerge.
Healing isn't becoming someone new.
It's becoming more fully yourself.

How I Work
The story you tell about yourself is the starting point, not the destination.
This work is somatic, parts-based, and attachment-informed. Which means we're not just talking about what's happening, we're working with how it lives in your body, your nervous system, and the parts of you still organized around old survival strategies.
Everything unfolds at the pace of your system. Never forced, never rushed.
The therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the healing. A space to gently re-pattern trust, connection, and what it feels like to be truly met.
Over the years I've trained extensively in EMDR, NARM, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and psychedelic integration. Each session is tailored to your nervous system, your goals, and your readiness for change.

FAQs
-
Yes — many people come to this work after realizing insight alone isn't enough. If you've done talk therapy but still feel stuck, dysregulated, or disconnected, this approach offers something different.
-
Not at all. Many people carry the long-term effects of complex or developmental trauma without identifying as traumatized. You don't need a diagnosis to begin.
-
This work goes beyond insight and conversation. By integrating somatic therapy, parts work, and attachment-informed approaches, we work directly with the nervous system and the body — where patterns are actually held. Many clients come here after years of talk therapy that helped them understand their patterns but didn't shift them. This approach offers something different.
