Therapy for Professionals

Your Intellect Can’t Solve Your Nervous System.

Advanced, depth-oriented therapy for the high-achiever who is ready to move beyond "talk therapy" and into embodied change.

The Problem: The High-Functioning Trap

You have built a successful life on your ability to think, analyze, and perform. You are the one others rely on. You are insightful, self-aware, and on paper, you are thriving.

But insight hasn’t stopped the exhaustion.

You may be navigating:

  • The "Whack-a-Mole" Cycle: You fix one issue, and anxiety pops up somewhere else.

  • Emotional Intellectualization: You can explain your trauma perfectly, but you don’t feel any different.

  • A "Split" Existence: A public self that is capable and driven, and a private self that feels disconnected, anxious, or deeply tired.

You don’t need more strategies to "manage" your stress. You need a space to metabolize it.

The Approach: Structure Meets Soul

My practice is not a place to just "vent" once a week. I offer a disciplined, compassionate container designed to retrain your nervous system’s capacity for connection and rest.

We move beyond standard talk therapy by integrating three specific layers of work:

1. The NARM Container (The Structure)

We do not aimlessly explore the past.

Using the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), we anchor every session in your agency.

No "Whack-a-Mole": We start by contracting: What is your heart's desire for yourself?

Active Collaboration: We track the internal obstacles standing between you and that desire in real-time.

2. Somatic & IFS Integration (The Depth)

We cannot think our way out of patterns held in the body.

Somatic Therapy: We work with the nervous system to discharge stuck survival energy (fight/flight/freeze) that talk therapy misses.

Internal Family Systems (IFS): We stop fighting your "inner critic" or "perfectionist." Instead, we learn to lead them, reducing internal conflict and restoring energy.

3. Psychedelic Integration (The Expansion)

For those who walk the path of expanded states.

If you have explored non-ordinary states of consciousness (whether through plant medicine or breathwork) and are struggling to land those insights in your daily life, this is a judgment-free space to weave the mystical into the practical.

The Philosophy: Why "Softness" is the Strategy

In a world that demands you be hard, fast, and cerebral, the most radical move you can make is to slow down.

Inner Passage Therapy is gentle by design. We use softness not to avoid the hard truth, but because safety is the only state in which a nervous system can actually rewire. You don't need another coach pushing you to optimize; you need a sanctuary where you can finally put the armor down.

The Container: Details & Investment

This is deep, developmental work that requires momentum.

Frequency: Weekly sessions are required. We are building new neural architecture, which requires consistent attunement.

  • Investment: $250 per 60-minute session.

  • Format: Secure Video Sessions (Available for residents of BC, Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia).

 FAQs

  • Insight is necessary, but it isn't the same as change. Many high-functioning clients can analyze their trauma perfectly but remain stuck in the same nervous system responses. My approach (NARM, IFS & Somatics) targets the biological survival response rather than just the story, moving you from "knowing" to "embodying."

  • Yes. Trauma isn't just about catastrophic events; it is often about the chronic stress of performing, masking, and disconnecting from your needs to stay successful. You do not need to be in crisis to do this work—in fact, having stability in your career often provides the perfect safety to finally go deep.

  • Standard sessions are 60 minutes. (Longer 90–180 minute formats are available for Therapy Intensives).

Frequency: To retrain the nervous system, momentum is everything. I work from a commitment-based model requiring weekly sessions for the initial phase of treatment. This consistency is not just about "support"—it is necessary to build the safety and neural pathways required for deep, lasting change.

The Timeline: While every path is unique, I recommend committing to at least 3–6 months of consistent work. This allows time for the initial relief to settle into permanent structural change.

Please note: I do not offer drop-in or one-off sessions. This work requires presence and continuity.

  • My standard rate is $250 CAD for a full 60-minute individual therapy session.

This reflects over a decade of experience and extensive training in somatic therapy, IFS, NARM, EMDR, and psychedelic integration.

Is this covered by insurance? Likely, yes. I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). Most corporate benefit packages (Sunlife, Manulife, Canada Life) cover MSW services. Please check your specific plan for "Social Work" coverage.

(Note: I do not bill insurance directly; you will receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement).

Please note: My sliding scale spots are currently full.

  • The best place to begin is with a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us space to meet, explore what you're looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit.

You have done enough surviving.

Let’s begin the passage back to yourself.
