And something still hasn't shifted.
This work goes somewhere different. Not just understanding — but actually changing how it feels to be you. Into the body, the nervous system, and the parts of you that words alone haven't been able to reach.

Most of us have spent years developing strategies to manage — to perform, to hold it together, to stay safe. Those strategies made sense once. And they come at a cost.
This work goes to the root. We work with the nervous system patterns, the protective parts, the early relational wounds shaping how you move through the world. We bring the body in — because the things that haven't shifted through talking alone don't live in your thoughts. They live in how you brace, how you breathe, how you shrink or reach or disappear when something feels unsafe.
This is the shift from coping to actually living.

How I Work
This work is somatic, parts-based, and attachment-informed
— which means we're not just talking about what's happening, we're working with how it lives in your body, your nervous system, and the parts of you still organized around old survival strategies.
Everything unfolds at the pace of your system — never forced, never rushed. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the healing — a space to gently re-pattern trust, connection, and what it feels like to be truly met.
I draw from IFS, NARM, somatic therapy, attachment theory, and EMDR — always tailored to your pace and readiness. If you want to understand more about how I work, you can explore my full approach here.
The Details
Format — Secure video sessions across BC, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia & the Yukon
Frequency — Most clients begin with weekly sessions — this is where the work finds its depth and momentum. Biweekly may be considered once a foundation is established. We'll explore what feels right for you during your consultation. Drop-in sessions aren't available as this work requires continuity.
Investment — $250 CAD per 60-minute session / $225 per 50-minute session. Extended health receipts provided for RSW services.

Yes — many people come to this work after realizing insight alone isn't enough. If you've done talk therapy but still feel stuck, dysregulated, or disconnected, this approach offers something different.

Not at all. Many people carry the long-term effects of complex or developmental trauma without identifying as traumatized. You don't need a diagnosis to begin.

This work goes beyond insight and conversation. By integrating somatic therapy, parts work, and attachment-informed approaches, we work directly with the nervous system and the body — where patterns are actually held. Many clients come here after years of talk therapy that helped them understand their patterns but didn't shift them. This approach offers something different.
